I trained for years without a real system. I pushed past where I needed to be, ended up at 99kg carrying more fat than I ever intended — not because I lacked effort, but because I lacked structure.

When I decided to cut, I made the same mistake in reverse. No proper framework. No understanding of how to preserve muscle while losing fat. I lost the weight, but I lost too much muscle with it.

That experience — making every mistake — is what built The Lean Protocol. Not a textbook. Not a certification. The actual process of figuring out what works when you are busy, when life is complicated, and when the standard advice does not hold up.

From 99kg to 83kg, I now know exactly what the process costs, what it requires, and what it delivers. That is the system I coach people through.

Founder, The Lean Protocol

No Bullshit Approach.

I work with professionals who want to build a lean, disciplined physique without compromising their career; combining efficient training, structured nutrition and discipline systems.

Most people I work with have tried coaching before. The problem was never effort; it was the absence of a system built around their actual life. That is exactly what this is.

I understand what a demanding schedule looks like from the inside. Long hours, high-pressure environments, social commitments that complicate consistency. The Lean Protocol is not built for ideal conditions. It is built for real ones.

My passion is performance — physical and professional. I believe transformation is available to anyone willing to commit to the right structure. The Lean Protocol is the framework I wish I had when I started.

How I Think About This.

The principles behind every program I build and every client I work with.

01
Structure Beats Motivation

Motivation is unreliable. A system that works when you are tired, busy and unmotivated is the only kind worth building.

02
Data Beats Feelings

Progress is measured, not perceived. Weekly averages, tracking data and objective metrics drive every decision — not how you feel on a given day.

03
Simplicity Over Complexity

The best program is the one you can execute consistently. Complexity creates friction. The Lean Protocol is deliberately simple by design.

Most people do not need more information.
They need a system they will actually follow.

The Lean Protocol Framework.

Five pillars. Every program I build is structured around all five — nothing is optional.

01
Training

Under 60-minute workouts, 3 to 4x per week, designed to build strength that compounds over time.

02
Nutrition

Customised macro targets with clear calorie targets plus a simple and flexible nutritional structure.

03
Recovery

Optimise sleep, stress and recovery to perform better in all aspects of your life.

04
Habits

Habits and routines that make consistency automatic.

05
Accountability

Weekly check-ins, progress tracking and consistent communication with your coach.
