99kg to 83kg.
The Hard Way First.
I trained for years without a real system. I pushed past where I needed to be, ended up at 99kg carrying more fat than I ever intended — not because I lacked effort, but because I lacked structure.
When I decided to cut, I made the same mistake in reverse. No proper framework. No understanding of how to preserve muscle while losing fat. I lost the weight, but I lost too much muscle with it.
That experience — making every mistake — is what built The Lean Protocol. Not a textbook. Not a certification. The actual process of figuring out what works when you are busy, when life is complicated, and when the standard advice does not hold up.
From 99kg to 83kg, I now know exactly what the process costs, what it requires, and what it delivers. That is the system I coach people through.
